Satcom Global targets the Americas maritime industry with new facility

Satellite communications provider, Satcom Global has relocated its headquarters in the Americas to a new location in Nashua, New Hampshire, to facilitate the expansion of its traditional land and growing maritime business in the region.

As well as actively supporting existing land-based government and enterprise business, the newly expanded team will have a strong focus on developing sales and partner relationships in maritime markets. The opening of the facility on the east coast in close proximity to the maritime community will enable Satcom Global to widen their reach and maximise opportunities across a wide range of sectors.

The new Americas headquarters manages all sales related activities, including logistics, inventory, shipping and RMA for the region, headed up by Steve Griffin, who brings over 18 years’ experience in the satellite and telecommunications industries.

With a growing sales resource, the new office will act as a touchpoint on the ground for proactive sales support, backed up with centralized customer services, including Satcom Global’s 24/7 Technical Support team based at the company’s head office in the UK.
