Following a host of exciting announcements from Iridium this week, we are also delighted to confirm that the first Iridium NEXT satellite is expected to launch 12th September 2016. Following assembly and testing, the first satellite is currently awaiting shipment to the launch site in the US, representing a significant milestone toward the first launch of the Iridium NEXT constellation.

Effective December 31st, 2018, the No Term Commitment - Double Value Promotion for Iridium OpenPort® has ended. Customers already enrolled will not experience any changes until the end of their term.
